BURNERS

Our forced-draft burners are capable of firing multiple fuels including natural gas, propane and oil or, a combination if desired. When firing (heavy or light) oil, the burners use either mechanical or air atomizing to physically break down the fuel to a combustible level; fully automatic using the latest in flame safeguard technology and/or burner management control.

All of our burner packages can be fitted to comply with CSD-1, IRI, FM and other insurance requirements and are fire tested before leaving the factory.  Our burners cover the following ranges:


Standard Design

Profire model H: 1.0- 1.25 mm Btu/hr

Profire model K: 1.26 -14.7 mm Btu/hr

Profire model M: 1.4 - 10.5 mm Btu/hr

Profire model D: 4.2 - 42.0 mm Btu/hr

Profire model S: 46.2-63.0 Btu/hr


Low Emission Design

Profire model NTH: 1.0-14.5 mm Btu/hr <30 - <9 PPM NOx

Profire model LND: 2.511-42.0 mm Btu/hr <30 PPM NOx 80-1000 HP & <20 PPM NOx 60-600 HP

Profire model NTD: 4.2-33.6 mm Btu/hr <30 - <9 PPM NOx
