Here at the Frank I. Rounds Company we are committed to providing the highest level of service in the water treatment industry. The scope of our services is broad and includes laboratory analysis, in-plant monitoring of water chemistry, field inspections of boilers, condensers and other heat exchange equipment. We also provide each customer with custom tailored training programs. We are continuously updating our service programs so that our customer’s priorities are number one. The Frank I. Rounds Company utilizes a state-of-the-art laboratory equipped with modern, sophisticated equipment to support the specialized needs of our customers and our field personnel. We analyze water samples to determine the best chemical treatment program for your systems and for on-going analysis of your current program. We also conduct testing on deposit samples, metallurgical analysis and failure analysis to determine issues or upsets that you may be having with your system. Our water treatment clients receive on-going service by means of periodic field visits during which treatment levels are monitored and in-plant test logs are reviewed. We conduct boiler and chiller inspections to utility plant efficiency studies to aid in the optimal operation of your plant. Our field engineers are trained to identify upset conditions before system metallurgy is affected. In general, field service visits are conducted as often as necessary to insure good control of the system chemistry. We utilize ASTM corrosion test coupons for monitoring corrosion rates in steam, cooling tower and closed loop systems to determine real time how the system is reacting to the chemical treatment program.
In addition, a full range of bacteria testing can be provided for clients operating chilled water plants, while jar tests are conducted for clients responsible for the control of wastewater effluent to determining optimum product feed rates.
